Sometimes the "Servicio Oficial" had been printed in offset-litho sometimes in typography. Pettigiani does not mention anything about it, although A. Fredy Yedro did mention these printing methods in his articles....

MI 5 1950 "c" for both; Pettiggiani alos has a "trrama difusa

MI 3 and RR 1 can easily be confused. This stamp has 3 ROWS of Suns! Vertical distance 30.5mm, whereas RR 1 [and 2] should have 35mm!!!!
Hence, this is a DUTCHMAN!
